Giving with Purpose: Supporting Dignity for Children Foundation 💛

We are grateful to support Dignity for Children Foundation and the meaningful work it does to empower children and young people through education, care and opportunity.

Every ReKynd purchase helps us give back. When you donate clothing or shop with us, you are contributing to something real—helping create brighter possibilities for children who need them most. 🌱✨

Education, Care and Opportunity

Dignity for Children Foundation is a Malaysian NGO providing holistic education and care to marginalised and urban-poor children in Kuala Lumpur.

What began with just 20 students in Sentul in 1998 has grown into a learning centre supporting thousands of children and young people.

Dignity provides learning opportunities at every stage, including:

  • Preschool education
  • Primary education
  • Secondary education and IGCSE
  • Vocational and employability training
  • Social-emotional learning
  • Sports and the arts

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Dignity’s transformational enterprises act as real-life classrooms. Through practical training in food preparation, baking, sewing, woodworking and hairdressing, students develop workplace skills and prepare for greater independence and meaningful employment.

At Dignity Farm Academy in Bentong, students also learn about natural agriculture, poultry farming and sustainable food practices. Along the way, they develop teamwork, confidence, independence and a stronger sense of community.

More Than an Education

Through education, practical skills and holistic care, Dignity helps young people:

  • Discover their potential
  • Build confidence and resilience
  • Prepare for employment
  • Strengthen their families and communities
  • Create new possibilities for their future

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and thrive. We are proud to play a small part in supporting Dignity’s important work—and deeply grateful to everyone who donates or shops with ReKynd for making this contribution possible.
